tl�at portion of Little Rock, Pulask --i County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described 1-T ve -etitioned the City Council- to take ste=ps toward
the making of local improvements therein by farming tine territory
hereinafter described into an improvement district for the purpose
hereinafter set out:
THEEEFORE, ---.E IT O D�__INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIC
CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,:
SECTION 1: That Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Improvement
District No. 320 of the City of Tittle Rock be, and the same is
hereby created and established for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing, guttering, and building sidewal'�s along 'moth sides of the
streets hereinafter set out, in such manner and with such mi:- teri.als
as the comi_iissioners cf s,,:.id clistri.ct shall determine to be for the
best interest of the c istrict, the following streets:
Thirty -first Street from the East property line of
Arch Street et;.st a distu.nce of 626 feet more or less,
to the intersection of Thirty -first ;street vi th the
. st property line of the Chattanooga dditi on of the
Ci'Y of Little Rock, Arken sas,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance v�rith �n ct of
the General _Lssembly of the State of rkansas entitled "An ct to
Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ", �.pproved
I.I.arch 22, x_881, aril amendments thereto; that the boundaries o said
district shall include the following property:
Lots 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, and 13 of block 1; lot 1,
6,'7,x;,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 of block 2; a1.1 in
Chattanooga _ ddi ti on of the City of Little Rock, Ark.

conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
