Section 1: That the sum of 02.90 is hereby appropiiated
of t of any money in the General Revenue fund not otherv,, se ex_nended,
to 'ae paid to lJtlroi; as refund for taxes for the yeear 1919
erroneously assessed ageinst lot 3, block 26, Ratterree Factory TTiey;
l..nnex addition and lot '1, block 1, Garland ..ddition, to the City of
Little ock, Arkansas, said sum of ; 2.90 being the city portion of
sad tax so erroneously collecte�- ; and the ?iayor and. City Clerk are
hereby auti,_oriz,ed and directed to execute and deliver to the said
