Y ^PNCIL OF `1'H'S CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That hereafter all buggies, wagons, bicycles and other
vehicles not mechanically propelled operating on the streets of
the City of Little Rock between the hour of sun set and the hour
of sun up shall be equipped with a light plainly visible from both
the front and from the rear.
Section 2. That hereafter all automotiles, trucks, motor- cycles
9nd all forms of ,mechanically propelled vehicles operating on the
streets of the City of tittle :ock between the hour of sur set and
the hour of sun up shall be equipped with a light plainly visible
from the rear and two front lights plainly visible at a distance
of three hundred feet, provided however that all motor- cycles shall
be required to have only one front light acid one rear li:-ht of the
kind and specifications herein provided.
Section 3. ''hat hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person to
operate any mechanically propelled vehicle on the streets of the
City of Little R'ock after the hour of sur jet and before the hour
of sur, up ,rlith headlights which are not enuipped with lens frosted
over the entire surface or with patented lens which have been
approved by the police committe.
Section 4. That any person, firm,or corporation violating any
provision of this ordinance shell be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than
five dollars 0;'5.00) nor more than tvienty -five dollars (025.00).
aection 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the 20th day of May, 1922.
