An ordinance assessing the value of the benefits to be
received by the owners of each of several blocks, lott, parcels
and other subdivisions of land within Street Improvement District'
No. 307 of the City of ;little Rock, Arkansas.
t`y'HFREAS, a majority in value of the property holders
owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situatel
within Street Improvement District Ito. 307 of the City of Tittle
Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improve,
ments therein by grading, curbing, guttering and paving, with
concrete, asphaltic concrete, sheet asphalt or with such materi €l ,
and in such manner as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district, the
streets set.out in their petition, have petitioned the City
Coi3nci.I of tittle Rock for the. construction of said improvement
and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real
-property within said district according to the benefits received;
and

lot, parcel and other subdivision of real property situcited with-
in said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon;
and

IS TTOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THr CITY OF LTTTLE, ROCK, ARXANSAS:
SIC'TON 1: That the said several blocks, lots, parcels
and other subdivisions of real property with.i.n said Street

Improvement District No. 307 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
be, and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list
for said improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of the City Clerk of Little Rock and as the same may be
annually readjusted by the Boerd of Assessors, and that ten per
centum (1061',) of said assessment of the value of the benefits on
each of said blocks, lots,parcels and other subdivisions of land
shall be paid annually on or before the 22nd day of July of
each year until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
The first annual payment shall be made on or before the 22nd day
of July 1922.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in. conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and
effect
from and
after its passage.
