ment istrict lo. 320, an error was made omitting certain property,
hereibre_ making said district void and more than twenty days have
elapsed since the passage of said ordinance:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0--W THE CITY.-
OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1: That Ordinance 2972 of the City of Little "ock
be, and the same is hereby repealed and forever set aside and held
-'or naught.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
Passes June 12 , 1222 .
