TO BE PAID AS DIFFERENCE IN THE EXCHANGE OF Ty10 OLD
FORD AUTOMOBILES NOW USED BY THE POLICE rE PARTI,.,nr,NT
FOR THREE NEW FOFM TOURING CARS, A11,1D ONE FORD RUNABOIJT .
B.E IT ORD! "III BY TH`' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ?LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Teat the sum of Seventeen Hundred and
Forty Fear Dollars ( "�1744.00) , or as much thereof ?.s is
necessary, be and is hereby ap;,ropriated out of the `.en- =rat
Revenue to be paid as difference between the each -nge of two
old Ford cars n ow used by the Police Department for %sa three
new Ford touring cars to be used by the Police Department, and
one Ford Runabout, to be used by t'ne City Veterinary :urge on,
and the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby directed to
issue a warrant for the sqid sum ?payable to the Shoemaker -
Bale Auto Company at such maturity as the mayor and City Clel
may deem as for the best interests of the City.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force from and
after its passage.
