Be it ordained by the City Cibuncil of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. The sum of 1'nlA$.00, or as much thereof as mSy be
necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the Street
Fund not otherwise expended, for the purchase of one combination
oil and water Sprinkler for the use of the Street Department.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby author-
ized and directed to issue three of the City's warru.nts paybM to
The 11ustin_`4estern Road Machinery Company, MM
in the following manner: one warrant ion the sum of !"350.00
payable _9 x 1922; another warrant in the sum of x,371.00 payable
July 25th, 1923; and the third warrant in the sum of w392.00 payable
duly 259 1924.
Section 3. All ordinances o.- parts of ordinances in conflict hey evvith
are hereby repealed and this ordiance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage,
