AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A CURD, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS CURB, GUTTER
AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 323, ,
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little, Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward making
of local improvements therein by forming the territory hereinafter
described into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ITTL•E ROCK:
Section 1: That said Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Improvement
District No. 323 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is here-
by created and established for the purpose of grading, draining, curb-
ing, guttering and building sidewalks along both sides of the street
in such man er and
hereinafter set out, with such materials as the commissioners of said
district shall determine to be for the best interests of the district,
the following street:
!test Thirty-First Street from the east property line
of Arch Street east to its intersection with the east
property line of Chattanooga Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An Act to Regulate
Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ", approved March 22,
1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said district
shall include the following property:

Lots 2 to 13 inclusive of Block 1; 'Lots A,B and C of
the re- subdivision of Block 2, Chattanooga Addition, 2
and Lots 6 to 15 inclusive of Block , all in
Chattanooga addition to the City of Little Rock.

Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the City Clerk
is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of its passage to
aublish the same in some newspaper published in the City of Little
Rock for one insertion.
