AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTI�_T, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN-
TO A STREET I� PROVE :U;NT DISTRICT , TO BE Kh'07M AS STREET IY-
PROVLT.01NT DISTRICT NO. 3
.`IHERFAS, more than ten o�fners of real property ..-ithin that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County and State of Arkansl s,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps towarc4, the making of local improvements in the City of
Little Rock by forming the territory hereinafter described into
an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set out:
THER_ (FORE,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the Ci'-y of Little
Rock;
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No.3210of the
City of Little Rock, be, and the sef-oe is hereby ereat3"and estab-
lished for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and paving
with sheet asphalt, 'Garrenite- Bithulitlnic, or such other pavement
and in such manner as the Commissioners to be selected, may deem
to the best interest of the District, Vast Fifteenth Street from
the west line of Commerce street$`to the e=st line of Rock Street.
Rock Street from the south line of Fifteenth street to the north"
line of Tt- entieth Street, and lf' or the purpose of doing any and
all other work necessary and incident to the said paving and drain-
ing, in accordance with an Act of the General Assembly of the Stete
of Arkansas, entitled, "An Act to regulate the manner of assessing
real property =or local improvements in cities of the _ irst clan.:,"
approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto.
That the boundaries of saia district be desi.Jnated as a line
embr =sing all of the real property included within said lines as �
follo-;-s, to - -:vit:
All the property lying one hundred fifty feet north of
the north line Pind one hundred and :'Li- ty fe--t south �
of tine south 1--ne of fifteenth street between the west
line of Commerce str -et and the east line of Lock street;
also all the property lying one hundred fifty feet e st
of `he east line and one hundred fi-'t - feet west of tl e
west line of Rock Street between the soutia l -ine of 7if-
te_nth Street and UY'ie no=tn line of TFientieth Street.
Section 2. Th.t .all ordinances and parts of ordin noes
