AN 'ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUi�1312
2888 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
WHEREAS, ordinance No. 2888 of the City of
Little Rock, Arl>ansa,s, creating Street Improvement
District No. 310, little Mock, Arkansas, omitted
Lots 9, 10 and 11, of Block 2, of Fleming & Bradford's
Addition to said City, and
a3H.7�''EAS, said Street Improvement District No. 310
is therefore void;
NOW, TIiER: FOfiE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2888 of the City
of Little hock, Arkansas, be, and the same is hereby
repealed and forever held for naught; and all pro -
ceedings had under and by virtue of said ordinance are
hereby set aside and forever held for naught.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passage.
