An Ordinance appropriating $1650.42 to C. '?. Smith &; Co.
for services rendered and for other purposes.
Be it ordained by the City Council of th, City f Little
Rock.
Section 1. That the sum of ':'1650.42 be,��k�• -c�� is hereby
appropriated out of the general revenue fund not otherwise
expended for the purpose of paying C. F. Smith &: Co. for
salaries and expenses of assistants'to July 1, 1922 in
checking over and reconciling differences between appraisals
of property of Little Rock Railway & ":l.ectric -'o., made by
Engineers of Company and City, and attending conferences with
City Cfficials.
Section 2. That the mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby I
authorized and directed to issue two warrants to C. T. Smith & Co.
one warrant for the sum of •''looc.6o, payable July 15, 1323 and
the other warrant for the sum of x650.42, payable January 15,1924.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
fc.rce from an,, after its passage.
