AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VrILUF, OF BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED
BY OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL BLOCKS, LOTS AND PARCELS OF
LANE WITEIN CURB, AND GUTTER IYPi OVFh1 NT i ISTRICT NO. 321 of
THE CITY OF LIT`ILE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a majority in value of the property owners
owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situ-
ated within Curb and'_ Gutter Improvement District No. 321 of the
City of Little Kock, Arkansas, organised for the purpose of mak-
ing local improvements therein by curbing., guttering, draining
and doing the necessary storm sewer, sanitary sewer- and plurbing
work in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of saic District shall determine to be for the best interests of
the District the streets set out in their petition, have petition-
ed the City Council of Little hock for the construction of said
improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property within said District, according to the benefits
received; and,
JH1�?EAS, said. benefits received by each and every hlocl ,
lot and parcel of real property situated within said Listrict
equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
n17,734.20;
THEREFORE, IT IS NO'?:� ORL1AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1: That said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said Ctirb and Gutter Improvement Listrict No.
1
321 be and they are hereby assessed according, to the assessment
list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of the city clerk of the City of Little hock, and as the
same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and
that ten (10) Der centum of said assessment of value of benefits
of each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be -raid
annually on or before the 15th day of September of each year v -n-

been paid. The first annual payment shall be made on or before
the 15th ds— y of September, 1922.
Section 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall_ be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
