ORDINANCE NO 3016.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LIT`T'LE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVEMENT .DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NC. 325"
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des -
bribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward making
of local improvements therein by forming the territory hereinafter
described into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
set out: '
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUPZCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1: That said Street Improvement District No.325
of the City of Little Kock bq, and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering
and paving in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following streets:
Marshall Street from the south property line of Wright
Avenue to the north property line of West 24th Street.
Nest 20th btreet from the west property line of State
Street to the east property line of Wolf,L-Street.
;Nest 19th, West 21st, and Nest 22nd Streets, respectively]
from the west property line of High Street to the east
property line of Wolf Streetq
in the City of Little hock, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of
the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An Act to
Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ", approved
March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said
district shall include the following property:
Lots 9 to 22 inclusive of Block 2;
Lots 7 to 12 inclusive of Block 6:
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Block 7;
All of Blocks 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11;
Lots 1 to 16 inclusive of Block 14;
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,11 and 12 of Block 15;
Lots 1,2,3,10,11 and 12 of Block 16,E and
Lots 12 to 17 inclusive of Block 17, all in
Fleming & Bradford's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.

All that real property which appears on the recorded
plat of Fleming & Bradford's Addition to Little Rock
as the east half and the south half of the west half
of Block 3 of said Addition, being more particularly
described as all that real property lying within 150
feet west of the west property line of Marshall
Street between the south property line of Aright
Avenue and the north property line of :nJest 19th
Street and all that real property lying between the
west line of the tract just above de cribed and the
east property line of Wolf Street ari iSO feet north
of the north property line of West 19th Street.
All that real property which appears on the recorded
plat of Fleming & Bradford's Addition to Little Rock,
Arkansas, as Block 4 of said Addition, being more
particularly described as all that real property lying
between the south property line of West 19th Street,
the west property line of Marshall Street, the north
property line of West 20th Street and the east property
line of Wolf Street.
Lots 425,6,7,8, and 9 of Blocks 12,23,26,31 and 34;
Lots 1,2,3,10,11 and 12 of Blocks 13,22,27,30 and 35;
Lots 10,11 and 12 of Block 41 and
Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Block 42, All in Weldon E.Wright's
Addition to Little Rock.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in
the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
