ORDINANCE NO. _3017.
AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUR OF BENEFITS TO BF RECEIVED
BY Oq'JNEkS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL BLOCKS, LOTS AND PARCELS OF
LAND WITHIN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 322 of the CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a majority* in value of the property owners
owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situ-
ated within Street Improvement Listrict No. 322 of the City of
Little hock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local-
improvements therein by grading and paving in such manner and with
such materials as the commissioners of said District shall deter-
mine to be for the best interests of the District the streets set
out in their petition,.have petitioned the City Council of Little
Rock for the construction of said improvement and that the cost
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property Srithin said Dis-
trict according to the benefits received; and,
WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property situated within said District
equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
26,422.00;
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.,
Section 1: That said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said Street Improvement Listriet T'o. 322 be-
and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office
of the city clerk of the pity. of Little Rock, and as the same may
be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that ten
(10) per centum of said assessment of value of benefits of each
of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be ppdd annually
on or before the 15th day of September of each year until one
hundred (100') per centum of said assessment shall have been paid.

The first annual payment shall be made on or before the 15th
day of September, 1922.
Section 2: That all- ordinances or parts of ordir..ances
in conflict are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
