AN ORTPINANCE i{ PEALING OR' "l d�?NCE I�TUMBER
2950 OF THE CITY OF LI' TL _ -OCK, ARKANSAS.
KIEIEAS, ordnance number 2950 of the City of Little Rock
did create Sewer Improvement District No 909 and
IMRE.AS, because of certain errors in the formation of
said district, it will not be possible to carry said
improvement out, and
'�,HEREAS it is proposed to form a new district to carry
out the improvement contenplatee. in District No 90,
NO'ed, THEREFORE: Be it OrPdtkned by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock:
Section I. That ordnance No 2950 of the City
of Little =,ock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed, and forever held for naught; and all proceedings
had under and by virtue of said ordinance are hereby set
aside and held for naught.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
effect fron and after its passage.
Passed August 7. 1922.
