An Orti.nance Laying Off a Certain Portion of t1ae City of
Little Rock,Arkarisas, into a Local Improvement District and
desi ®na.ti.ng the boundaries thereof, said district to be known
as Street Improvement District No.. of the City of
Little Rock,Arkansas.
Whereas ten or more owners of real ;property within the
bounds herein mentioned have petitioned t?V City Council of the
City if Little RocA,Arkaneas,to take stepe toward the making,
of local improvements therein by grading,drainina,curbing,
guttering and paving in such manner and with such materials
as the co mi.ssioners of said district shall determine to be
for they best interests of the district,all that portion of
Pine Street from the South property line of Thirteenth(13)
Street to the North propperty line of Asher Avenue;
Therefore,be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock,Arkansas:
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No. 326 of the
City of Little Rock,Arkansas,be and the same hereby is created
laid out and established for the purpose of grading, dxc,-' Zits,
o bin;g,guttering and paving in such :canner and with such
materials as the commissioners of ev --'d district shall deter-
mine to be for the best interests of the diatrict;Pine Street
.from the South property line of Thirteenth(13) Street to the
North property line of Asher Avenue,in said City of Kittle
Reck,Arkansas,in accordance with an Act to haoulate the runner
of Assessing real property for local improvement in Cities of
the first and second class,approved March 22ne1,1881, and
an- endments thereto.
Section 2. That the district hereby creatled,laid out and
established shall include that portion of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, embraced within the - boundaries herein described
as fellows:

conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed and this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and

the passage of this Ordinance to publish the same in some
newspaper i# the Cit;r of Little Rock,Arka,ni3as,for one(1)
