ORDINANCE NO. 3 0 2 9.
An Ordinance Regulating Installation of Ga one Filling Stations,
Fixing Permit Fees to Be Charged, and for
Other Purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. ,very person, firm or corporation hereafter
desiring to install a gasoline filling station witkjih the cor-
porate limits of the city of Little Rock shall be required to
conform to the following requirements: First, said person, firm
or corporation shall petition the City Council to grant permission
for installation of said gasoline filling station at a plainly
designated location. Second, if said petition is granted applicant
shall the;tapply to the Public Works Department of this city for a
permit for necessary work, paying the following fees therefor:
For each tank to be placed underground, $5.00; for each driveway,
$1.00; and for building to be erected, the amount required under
the Building Code.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating timi-a'17 of this ordinance shall upon conviction be fined in any
sum not less than 425.00 nor more than �168.r`for each offense.
6ection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
