An ordinance assessing the value of benefits to be received
by the owners of each of the.several blocks, lots and parcels of
land within Sewer Improvement District No. 92 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
Whereas, a majority in value of the property holders owning
property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Sewer
Improvement District No. 92 in the city of Little Rock, organizF'td for
the purpose of making local improvement there by constructing, of the
materials and in the manner that the corrissioner,a of said district
may deem advisable, a system of mains and laterals for a sanitary
sewer system to empty into a main sewer intercepters already built
for the property within Sewer Improvement District No. 92 by Sewer
Improvement District No. 81, have petitioned the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said improve-
ment and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real prop-
erty in said district according to the benefits received;-and,
Whereas, said benefits received by each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property situated in said district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
1;hereas, the estimated cost of said improvement is x-23914.00,
therefore,
BE•IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0- THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARriANSA9,
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said Sewer Improvement District No. 92 by and they
are hereby assessed according to the assessment list as the same now
remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock,
as the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors
on account of additional improvements placed upon the land, and that
ten per centum of said assessment of the value of benefits of each
of Laid blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be paid annually on
orabefore the day of 2� of each year until the

whole of said assessment shall have been pair. The first installment
of said assessment shall be paid on or before --k&. ,trL� / 192
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
