Section 1. That "Street Improvement District

the same hereby is created, laid. out and. established for
the Purpose of grading and having (but not curbing, guttering

selected) may deem best, Laurel Street from ILarkham Street
to Lee Avenue, in accordance with an Act of the General

Section 2. That the :District hereby created,
laid out and established shall include that portion of
the ""ity of Little rLocL, «rkansas, as follows, to -wit:
Lots fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen,
eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty -one, twenty-two,
twenty- three, twenty -four, twenty -five, andl twenty -six,
in block five, in Elmhurst iiddition to the City of
Little Roc:-, lulasYii County, Arkansas; and also, lots
thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen,

Section 3. Th&t all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict ,iith this ordinance are hereby
revealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passa- e c.nd publication; and the
Cite Clerk is hereby ordered "lithin twenty days from
the passage of this ordinance to publish sa.e in some
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Little
