Section 1. ..!hat S- ea�•ra1-- blo�;� >s, lots, parcels
and other subdivisions of real property ovithin said
Street improvement District iumber 270 of the City of
Little Lock, Arkansas, be, and they are hereby assessed
aceordin�; to the assessment list for said improvement
district as the same note remains in the office of tie
City Clerk in the City of Little Rock, �rkansa:. - -, and
as the same may be annually readjusted by the °3oard
ofissessors, ar�d that five per centum of said assessment
of the ;slue of the benefits on each of said blocks
lots, uarce"O and other sizbdivi:.ions of lane shall be
paid annually on or before the first day of March
of each year until the whole of said assessment shall
have been paid. The first annual --payment shall be made
