An ordinance laying off a portion of the City of Little
Rock into a street improvement district to be known as Street
Improvement District No.a_
Whereas more than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the city of Little Rock, described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 11 to 19, block. 1, inclusive, lots 1 to
6 block 2, inclusive, lots 1 to 10 block 3, in-
clusive, lots 1 to 14, block 4, inclusive, lots
1 to 14 block 5, inclusive, lots 26, 27 and 28
block 5, all in midland Hills Addition to the
City of Little Rock Ark.
have petitioned the City Council to take steps towards the making
of a local imprcvment in said city by forming said territory into
an improvement district for the purpose of grading, draining,
guttering and paving with asphalt, brick, macadam or such other
material as the corrmissior�ers may hereafter determine, the following:
North Woodrow St. from Markham St. north to the
south property line of block 1, Ilidland Hills
Addition; Little St. east from the east side of
Prospect Ave to the east line of North 71oodrow
St.; and Berry St. from the east side of Prospect
Ave. to the east side of North Voodrew St.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council
of Little Rock, Ark.:
Section 1. That all of the real property situated in
the territory aforesaid be formed into a local improvement district
for the purpose of grading, draining, guttering and Tuaving vii th
asphalt, brick, macadam or such other material as the commissioners
may hereafter determine, and that said district be designated as
Street Improvement No.
That the boundaries of said district be designated as a
line embracing all the said real property, to-wit:
Lots 11 to 19 inclusive, block 1, Riidland Hills Addn.
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, block 2, Iidland Hills Addn.
Lots 1 to 10 inclusive, Block 3, Lidland hills Addn.
Lots 1 to 14 inclusive, block 4, Midland Hills Addn.
Lots l to 14 inclusive, block 5, I idland Hills Addn
Lots 26, 27 and 28, block 5, Mlidland ?ills Addn.
and no other real property.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
