SECTION 1: The sum of $3250.00 is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the general fund not otherwise expended, for the purpose
of paying Gannett, Seelye & Fleming, Inc., for their services and
expenses as Consulting Engineers of the Citv� of Little .ock in
connection tiri th the Arkansas :rater Company
rate case; and the %:�rayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw the City's warrant therefor, and with such maturity
P-.s in their discretion may seem for the best int,_:rest of the city.
SECTION 2: fill ordinances and marts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall t_�ke effect
and be in full force and effect from and after its Passage.
