City of Little I?oc'lL, Arkansas, to Sewer Improver.ent District IT o. 87
of the City of Little Lock.
Whereas, persons clairr.ing to be a maj oritTr it value of the olmners
of real property within the territory;- hereinafter described, t.rhich prop -
erty adjoins ; e'. er Improvement District No. 87 of the City of Little
Hoch, hrkansas, a duly created and existing improvement district in said
city, desire to be added to and included in said improvement district,
and have filed a petition t.,itr_ the City Council of the City- of Little
ocr >, Arkansas, praying that said territory be annexed to said improve-
ment district and have designated the nature of the improvement to be
undertaken, and have described the territory- to be annexes; and,

Section 3. That the commissioners shall make the assessments of
benefits for said improvement on the lots in the territory to be annexed on
the same basis as if said territory ; -ias included in the original district
and shall file said assessment vJith the city clerk.

Section 4. That all ordinances in chi flict herewith are hereby
repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, and the- city clerk is hereby ordered within twenty

paper published in the City of Little '_lock, for one insertion.
