�. ment District Ivo. 33 _ and designating the boundaries thereof.
YiHEREAS, more than ten ,wners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, ?ulaski Coun4.y, Arkansas, hereinafter de-
( scribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward

' making of local improvements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter described into an improvement district for the pur-
pose hereinafter set out:
Therefore, be it ordained by the Citt- Council of the City of
Little pock:
Section 1: That said Street Improvement District No.335 of
the City of Little _;ock be, and the same is hereby created and es-
tablished for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and pawing
with an asphaltic pavement, and in such manner as the commission-
ers of said district shall determine to be for the best interests
of the district, the following streets:
"7 Street, beginning at the east property line of
?rospect Avenue; Thence east to the west property line
of South Lookout avenue.
_'alm Street, beginning at the north property line
of Prospect avenue; Thence North to the south property
1 ine ofenyon '"venue.
Spruce Street, beginning at the north property line
of "Y" street; Thence North to the South property line
of Kenyon avenue.
Beech Street, beginning at the north property line
of _Prospect Avenue; T =_ence north and northwest to its
intersection with South Lookout Avenue.
.ash Street, begimling at the north property line
of Prospect tivenue; Thence north to the south property

"I" Street, beginning at the west property line of
V.'alnut Street; Thence west to the Last property line of
leech Street.
South Lookout avenue, beginning at the west prop-
erty line of Speed or Elm Street; Thence in a southwester-
ly and southerly direction to its intersection with Leech
Street.
in the Cite of Little sock, Arkansas, in accordanew with an act
of the General Assembly of the State, of Arkansas, entitled "An
Act to Regulate Local ImpLovements in Cities of the First Class"
approved "luarch 22, 1881, and amendr:ents thereto; that the b -)und-

22,all in Hill Crest Addition to the City of Little Bock.
All of the real property embraced within the follow-
ing described boundaries or lines: Beginning at a point
which is the intersection of the east boundary line of
block 23, Hill Crest Addition to the City of Little _Hock
and the south boundary line of South Lookout Avenue;
Thence in a northeasterly direction along said south boun-
dary line of South Lookout ,venue to a point which is the
intersection of said South boundary line and the east
boundary line of block 19, said Hill (;rest Addition, ex-
tended; Thence in a southerly direction along east bound-
ary line said block 19 extended 150 feet; Thence in a
southwesterly direction along a line which is parallel to
and 1_0 feet distant from said south boundary line of South
Lookout avenue to its intersection with the east boundary
line of block 23, said Dill Crest Addition; Thence in a
northerly direction along the east boundary line of said
block 23 to the point of beginning.
Beginning at a point which is -�he intersection of
the west boundary line of block 22, Hill Crest Addition
to the City of Little Bock and the south boundary line of
South Lookout Avenue; thence in a southwesterly direction
along the sr:id south boundary line to the intersection of
the said south boundary line u'rA the north boundary line
of 017 Street extended; Thence in a southeasterly direction
to the northwest corner of block 19, aulaski Heights Ad-

direction along the north boundary line of said block 19
to a point which is the intersection of the north boundary
line of said block 19 and a line which is parallel to and

westerly direction along said line, which is parallel to
and 150 feet distant from said west boundary line of lots
13,14, 15, 16 and 17 extended, to the point of intersec-
tion with a line which is parallel to and 150 feet distant
from the south boundary line of South Lookout Avenue;
Thence in a northeastly direction al (hng said line which

Thence in a northwesterly direction along the west boun-
dary line of said block 22 to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this- ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
"ity Clerk is hereby ordered within 20 days from the date of
its passage to ,3ublish the same in some newspaper published in
the City of Little ?dock for one insertion.
