BE IT ORDAIi7.jD BY, THE CITY COUNCIL, OF T14B CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1; From and after the date of the passage of this
ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person firm or corporation
to turn their vehicles, of any description) to the left, either
while r1oving along Hain Streeu or coming into _ -ain Street from
another street; provided, this ordinance shall apply only to
;'ain Street between I rkham aria tenth Streets and nothing in this
ordinance shall prohibit left turns at_arkham and _1:Iain.,Street
and Tenth and :`ain Streets.
SECTION 2: i -ny person violating this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be
fined in any sum frog Two to Five dollars.
SECTION 3: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
