the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to take steps towara the making
of local impro4ements therein by curbing, draining and paving in
such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of

There.fare,be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock,Arkaraas:
Section 1. That Street Improvement Dist:7ict La. 3,36 of the City
of Little Rock,Arkansas,be and the same hereby is crea,ted,laid
out and established for the purpose of curbing, drainir -C and
paving: in such manner and with such materials as the commissioner5
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district; Maple Street from the South property line of Thir-
tcenth(i3) Street to the South property line of Sixteenth Street;
Fourteenth(14) Street from the West property line. of Maple Street
to the East property lanes of Uak Street; Fif tee nth(15) Street frock
Weot property line of Maple Street I* the East 'property line of
Oak Street; Sixteenth(16) Street from the Went property line of
1f1aple Street to the East property line of Oak Street, in the City
of Little Rack, Arkansas, in accordance v, ith an Act to reEtilate
the manner of Assessing Real Property for local improvement in
Cities of the first and second class,approved March 22nd,1881,
and tamendnents thereto.
Section 2. That the district hereby created,laid out and estab-
lished shall include that portion of th�e City of Little Rock,
Arkansa,s,embraced within the boundaries herein described as fol-
