Section. 1. That the Peoples�B nk be and is hereby granted
permission to construct an entrance on the outside of its
building on the corner of Sec nd & ?,lain Street from the
sidewalk on the Sec -nd Street side to the basement,said
entrance not to exceed three feet in tidth and to be
protected by a proper railing around same.
Section 2. This ordinance to take effoct and be in force
from and after its passage.
