BE IT ORDAIM'D BY ' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0:_1 LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of -4'�5 , 000.00, or as ---,:uch thereof as
may be necessary, be �n d the same is hereby appropriated out of
any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise appropriated,
for the purpose of purchasing one Elgin Street Sweeper No.270,
Complete :with utter Attychment, and the Jdayor and City clerk are
hereby authorized and directec to draw the city's warrant or
warrants for the total of d'5,000.00, made payable to the Elgin
Street Sweeper Company, and with '3uch maturity or maturities as
they may deem for the best interest of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect end be �n full
force ftdm and after its passage.
