RECJ'IVED BY THE OWNERS ON
PARCELS OF GROUND �IITHIN
THE CITY OF LITTL.F ROCK,
ASSESSING TIIE VALUE OF BFN ^.FITS TO BE
EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS AND
STREET IMPROVE: ,,NT DISTRICT NO. 330 OF
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS,the majority in value of the property holders owning
property adjoining the locality to bt affected and situated
in district N0.330 organized for the purpose of 6U rbing,drain-
ing and paving in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the
best interests of the district,the following streets:
All that por-
tion of Schiller Avenue from the North property line of Four-
teenth Street to the South property line of Twelfth Street.,
have petitioned the eou ncil of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas
for the construction of said improvement,and that the cost
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said
district according to benefits received; and
WHE MAS,said benefits received by each and every block,lot and
parcel of real property situated in said district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon;and
WHEMAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is Fifteen
Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Four Dollars ($15994.00 );exclus
ive of Interest;

of real property in sa d district be assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same now
remains in the office of the recorder or City Clerk,and that
six(6) per centum on each of said blocks,lots and parcels
shall be paid annually on or before the 19th day of Yarch,I*n
in each year until Sixty Six per centum of said assessment
shall have been paid. The first annual payment shall be made
on or before the 19th day of March,1923.
Section 2. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed,and this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
