AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS IN AID OF STREET IPv1PROVE14ENT
DISTRICT NUMER 270 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINF-D BY THE CI`T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sun of Five Thousand
(05,000.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of any
monies in the general fund not otherwise appropriated
for the -our-nose of assisting :street Improvement District
;number 270 of the amity of Little mock, and the mayor and
city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw
a city warrant therefor with such date of maturity
as in their discretion may seem best.
SECTION 2. Th, 7 t all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this ordinance shall tare effect and. be in force from and
after its passage.
