AN ORDINANCE AMINDIIIG SFDTION 1673, HATWS DIGEST OF
CITY ORDINANCES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDA INFD BY THT CITY COUNCIL OF `1'HF CITY OF LITTLE OCR;
SFCTIi?T1 1. That section 1673, Hale's Digest of City Ordinances
be amended to read as follows;
''It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person firm or
corpDratio.n to scatter, throw, stick, tag or place, or cause
to be scattered, thrown, stuck, ta?Red or placed in the streets
alleys and other pul.lic places of the City of Tittle Rock, or
in any of the yards or on the ?premises of private persons in
said c: i t y, lDxxx:k tRitxtkstxtkxxkt:i ±RxmKFxkgx:k x �cpx�ee �
for advertising or any other purpose, any printed, written,
lithographed or painted bill,uotice, sign., poster, ' e, card,
or euvelope, provided, such advertising matter may be left on
private premises upon permission from the occupant thereof,
or is placed behind a screen -door, or in a box I and, provided,
the distributer of such advertising :Natter has complied v, _'.;h
the 'terms of the License Code.
Section 2. Section 1673, HAle's Digest of City Crdiances is
hereby repealed arid. this ordiance sha'1 take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
