An Ordinance Asse,�sing the Vale of ienefits to Be Received
by the Owners of Yaush of the Several Lots, Nloeks and
Pa-reels of Ground Within Street Improvement Jistrist
Noe 33Q of the City of L; tie Rock, Arkansas.
MEREAS, the majority in value of the rpoperty holders owning
property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated
in district IT0,330 organized for the purpose of curbing,drain-
ing and paving in ±_,uch manner and wi l;h such materials as the
co�aissioners of said {district shall determine to be for the
best interests of the district, the following street:

tion of Schiller Avenue from the North pzoperty line of
Fourteenth(14th) Street to the South property line of Twelth
(12th) Street.bave petitioned the C(ra, -ci.l of the City of Little

that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the reel property
