All ORD I NANCF LAYING OFF A PORTION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A SEWER

IHIPROVEIENT DISTRICT NO. 96
VEMREAS, more than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the City of Little Frock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to
take steps toward the making of a local improvement in said
city by forming said territory into an improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THE=011 E, Be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within
the following boundaries, to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the west side of Pulaski
Street where the center line of 32nd Street intersects
the west line of Pulaski Street near the southeast
corner of Block One (1) of Bowman's Addition to the
City of Little .Rock; thence, east four (4) Flocks
to the west line of "Short" Izard Street; thence,
south to the center line of 33rd Street; thence,
east one (1) Block to the west property line of
Izard Street; thence, outh along the west property
line of Izard Streeto the center of the alley of
Block ten (10), Woodlkwn Addition to t�,e City of
Little Sock; thence, east to the center of the alley
in Block rive (5) in the Galloway Addition to the
City of Little -Rock; thence, south along the center
line of said alley to the center line of 34th Street;
thence, east along the center li.he of 34th Street to
its intersection with the Viest and north Right of
way line of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific
Railway Company; thence, along said Right of way line
to the southwest corner of Block Three (3) of
'.'Vtorrison's Sub - division; thence, north along the
west property line of Block Three (3) Morrison's
Sub - division to the south property line of 33rd
Street; thence,west to the west property line of
the Fulton Estate, Block 39; thence, north along
the west property line of said Fulton Estate, Block
39, to the center line of 31st Street; thence, west

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
