thereof.
"ITMB AS, more than 10 owners of real P2roperty within that
portion of Tittle Rock, -'ulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to t,�ke steps towEld
making of local i^:provements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter describe:, into an improvement district for the pur-
pose hereiiic:fter set out:
l'hert:fore, be it ordained by the City 'C'ouncil of the City
of Little Hock:

accordance itvith an act of the General :assembly of the State of
arr,ansas entitled "An act to Regulate Local Improvements in "ities

to; that the boundaries of said district shall include the follow-
ing pro per ty:

Secti;m 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or6inence shall

city clerk is hereby ordered within 20 days from the date of its
Passage to publish the same in s)rie newspaper published_ in the city
of Kittle Bock for one insertion.
