AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PAR "ING OF VEHICLES ON BROADWAY
STREET, NORTH OF MARKHAM STREET; PERMITTING 'ARKING AT
FORTYIFIVE DEGREE ANGL7 ON BROADWAY STREET FROM ITARKHAM
TO T77TTH STREETS; PROHIBITTNG PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE
OF SPRING STREET FROM MARKHAM TO SECOND STREET/, AND FOR
OTN_'R PURPOSES.
BE TT (-RDAINFD BY Tr7' CITY COUNCIL OF TH^ CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. From and after the passage of this ordinance no
automobile or vehicle of other description shall park on
Broadway Street,north of Markham Street;all aut�� mobiles or

vehicles of other description parking on Broadway Street
from Maf'kham to Tenth Streets shall be placed at an angle
of forty -five degrees to the curbs,f3acing in a south westerly
direction on the j,,jest side and in a. northwesterly direction
on the Fast side ccf the street; and no automobile or vehicle
of other description shall park on the East side of Spring
Street from Markham to Second Streets.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating the
above provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction in the Munici -1
