'MR�AS, there are no; no water mains along Court
Street within Colonial Court :addition, and adequate
water trains with the proper number of fire hydrants
shoulc'-' be installed on said streets to afford adequate
protection to the Addition, and
:'ILEREVS, Colonial Develo pment Company has agreed to
assume the financial burden irmosed on the city by
the present injunction order of the united estates
District Court, or as. the same may be modified, for
the period of one year,.

S.LCTION 1. That the Arkansas `;1ater Company be anc is
hereby ordered and directed to extend its crater mains,
not less than eight inches, on all lines serving fire
hydrants, along Court Street in Colonial Court Addition,
and to install along said streets, fire hydrants at
points designated by Ch . of of mire Department.
SECTION 2. That the Cit.- of Little Roc11- shall pay ren-
tals on extensions and fire by arants set out in the ,re-
cedin€ section according to the injunction order of the
Unites. States District Court, relative to rates no,,r or as
sane may be hereof tf_•r changed.

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far
as they conflict vrith this ordinance.
SECTII IT 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
