AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BOU14DAEIES FOR THE PAVING
OF MIARSHALL STREET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF WRIGHT AVENUE
TO THE NORTH LINE OF 24th STREET AND ViVENTIETH STREET
FROM THE WEST LINE OF STATE STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF
HIGH STREET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIDTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION ONE. For the purpose of paving Marshall
Street from the south line of Wright Avenue to the North line
of 24th Street and Twbntieth Street from the West line of
State Street to the East line of High Street, the width of said
streets between curbs shall be and is fixed at thirty feet, and
the portion of said streets between curbs as herein fixed shall
be paved, and the width of said driveway fixed at; thirty feet,
formed by moving each curb as now located, toward the center of
the streets an equal distance,and is hereby made and confirmed
for all time.
SECTION TAO. The property lines upon said streets shall
remain as now fixed 'by the different plats and bills of assur-
ance on file in the Recorder's Office of Pulaski County, and
the remainder of said streets outside of that to be paved as
herein fixed, shall be used for sidewalk purposes only.
SECTION THREE. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
