fixing the boundaries for the paving on Wolfe Street
from the South line sw?f crest Twenty - fourth Street to the North
Line of Wrest Twenty- seventh Street, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUi CIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK, ARaNSAS:
Section 1. For the purpose of paving 'olfe Street from the
West
South line of /Twenty- fourth Street to the North Line of Test Twen-
ty- seventh Street, the width of said street between curbs shall be
thirty (30) feet, and that portion of said street between said
curbs as herein fixed shall be paved and the width of said drive-
way at thirty feet, formed by moving each curb as now located, tow-
ard the center of the street at equal distance, is hereby made and
confirmed for all times.
Section 2. The property lines upon said Street shall - ,emain
as now fixed by the different plats and Bills of Assurance on file
i n the records of Pulaski County, and the -remainder of said street,
approximately three feet on each side of the cu -zb, shall be used
for sidewalk purposes only.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinai;ces in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordiance shall take
effect and be in force from and after it- passage.
