ORDINANCE NO. 3144,
AN ORDINANCE
IXING THE RATE Or' V -K TO BE COLI:ECTIM IN S1. .'REET I11PROVE+. 22,7-
DIS`T'RICT No. 177 FOR THE YEAR 1923.
WHEREAS, three and one -half per cent (32 ) of the
assessed benefits will be sufficient to pay the remaining
indebtedness of the above district, and it will not be
necessary to collect the ten per cent (10j�) heretofore
levied:

Th"E CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK:
Section 1. The City Collector shall collect for
the year 1923 three and one -half per cent (32`'0) of the face
of the assessed benefits of the above district, in lieu of
the ten ner cent (1010 thereof, heretofore levied.
Section 2. All ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take ef-
fect and be in force from and after its passage.
