Decemb 27th, 1915, in nara r p'ns referring to licenses on "Shows"
e amend- to read as follows:
'SHOWS:" It shall be unlawful for any person, either as
owner, nan-a der, anent, employee or performer, to open, carry on,
ex.4n-it or t_,ke part in aitT circuses, menagerie, vwild vest shot:, dog
and pony show, or performance of skilled or trained anir.-lals, or any
side show connected with and such -Performance, unless a license for
such exhibition or performance has, first been secured and'-payment
therefor made into the City Collector's Of of o the Cit of Little
20c'�:, 2 %r':.ansas. Such license fee shall be as follov s :
"Five_: 05.00) Dollars :per day for each freight, stock and
passenger car u:'sed for transporting performers, animals and equip-
ment for each days performance; said sun of Five ;!'5.00) Dollars per
day to incluae payment for license for all side shows co- nected with
such ?nerform-ince, and one parade upon the streets of Little rock,
for each day covered by said license.
Any circus, r- enagerie, vgild west show, dog and pon7T show,
or ?oerformance of skilled or trained m ir.als or other similar s how
which does not come into little _,ock via a railroad so that the
license fee can be computed as provided herein above, shall pay a
license fee to the city of two hun6red(�200.00) Dollars for each d-,-,y
said shoe; performs in Little hock, Arkansas; said license to cover
side shoves and st-rc 6t parades.

Misdemew nor and upon conviction in the j. uniciipal Court shall be
fined in anT sure not less than five dollars (; 5.00) per car nor more
than fi fty ;; 50.00) dollars per car and each day said violation shall
co itinue shall constitute a separate offense.
'Section 3; This ordinance being necessary for the imi ed ate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, shall take effect
and be in force =rom and after its passage, and all ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed in sQ far as
..may conflict.
