AN OF31NAIME AMENLING SECTION ONE OF OBD IN NCE
N0.31409 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAI?JED BY THE CITY COUIXIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No.3140 be
amended to read as follows:
"That the Arkansaw Water Co:a;any be and is hereby
ordered and directed to extend its water mains, not less than
eight inches,on all lines serving fire hydrants, from Markham
Street to Lee Avenue along Court Street in Colonial Court
Addition, and to install three fire hydrants on said line at
poi is to be designated by the Chief of the Fire Department."
Section 2. This ordinance to be in force and take
effect from and after its passage.
