AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6750.00 TO RURRKA
FIRE HOSE D ^PART:,IFZT F(R THE PURCHASE OF 5000 FEET OF FIRF
HOSE AYD FOR OTHBR PURPOSt,S.
;M- REAS, the Board of Public Affairs, upon authority duly
granted it by this Council, has enterdd into a contract with the
Eureka Fire Hose Der rtment of Dallas, Texas, for the purchase of
5000 febt of fire hose for the sum of $6750.00, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TF17 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTILLE RO CK:
Section 1. That the sun of x;6750.00 be, and the same is,hereby
appropriated out of any money in the General Revenue Fund,not other-
wise appropriated,to P'ureka Fire Hose Department for 5000 feet of
fire hose, as contracted for by the Board of Public 4ffairs, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to Ar-aw
such warrants, aggregating the sum of :6750.00, and at such maturity
as in their discretion they may deem to the best interest of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect Rnd be in full force
from and after its passabe.
