BE IT 0- MAIII-Mo BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK-
Section 1: That the sum of $445.75 , or as much
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any money in the general revenue fund
not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of purchasing
one Ford truck chassis for the Street Cleaning and ;garbage
Departments, and the Mayor and City 'lerk are hereby
authorized and directed to draw the City's warrant or
warrants for the total of $445.75 , made payable ,,*4ft C.
and with such maturity or
maturities as they may deem for the best interest of the
City.
aection 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be

in full force from and after its passage.
