E GRANTING PERMISSION TO BEN D.SCHAIM MACHINERY
ERECT A CORRUGATED GALVANIZED IRON WAREHOUSE,
UBE 6TUItz, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST SECOND ST±mdw BETWEIN
ROCK AND COKMERCE. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCX:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Ban D.Sohadd
Machinery Company to erect a corrugated galvanized iron
warehouse, one story, on the North side of East Second
Street between Rock Pr, Commerce.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, only so far as they affect this
ordinance, and this ordinance shall take eff pct and be in full
force and effect f rom and after its passage.
