ORDINANCE NO. 3192.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERM=ISSION TO LITTLE ROCK ADV. & BILL
POSTING COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT A STAIRWAY ON THE ARCH STREET
SIDRIVALK3 ADJOIN%NG ITS NEW BUILDING THAT IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED
ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MARKHAM AND ABBH STREETS3 AS AN
OUTSIDE ENTRANCE TD THE BASEMENT, AM rO8 OMR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 0OUIdC1L OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the Little Rock
Adv. & Bill Posting Company to construct a stairwfr on the Arch
Street sidewalk, adjoin*ng its new building that is to be constructed
on the northwest ccr -ner of Markham and Arch Streets, as an outside
entrance to the basement= the said stairwpy is to be of ibon or
concrete construction, properly designed and constructed to safe-
guard the public, and its location and construction shall be done
under the superlision of the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. All er di nano es and parts oif ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed,only so far as they affect ti -e construction
of this stairway, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
