STREET TO PARK AVENUE, ATTJ FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WH,REAS, Section 1914 of Hate's Digest permitting !..he
Little Lock Traction & Electric Company, its successors and
assigns, to install tracl>s along said streets, one of irrhich was
a single or double track along Eleventh Street from Wolfe Street
to lark Avenue; and said company at that time installing a
single track along said street, and,
oTHEREAS, the .Ar- ::ansas Central Power Company, as tirell as
residents in that community desire that double tracks be inst lled
along the said Eleventh Street, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAIITED BY THE CITY COUITC IL OF =HE CITY ��_' LITTLE LiOCK:
Section l: That the priviler�e be and is hereby f-:ranted
to the .rcansas Central Pourer Company, its successors and assi, -ns,
to install doable traces on -I'leventh Street from `:olfe Street to
Park ivenue' and that other general terms of said uection 1914,
Hate's Digest, in reference to privileges granted to the company
shall be complied with.
Section 2: That the Arkansas Central Pourer Company,
its successors and assiryns, is hereby authorized to move back
the concrete curbingon the ITortheast and Northwest corners of
Eleventh and Battery a distance of three feet.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its pass age.
