AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE 11YOR AND CITY CLERK TO DEED
TO LYDIA A DICE THE PXPERTY SHE DEEDED TO THE CITY WHICH
WAS TO BE USED AS A$TREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Whereas, Lydia A. Dice made a bill of assurance in January,
1920, in which she deeded to the City of Little Rock, twenty feet
and six inches off the east side of Lot 12, Lydia A. Dice Addi-
tion, which was to be used as part of Oak Street, and,
Whereas, Crystal Court Square has been run through Crystal
Court Addition from Lee Avenue to Markham Street and thereby does
away with the south end of Oak Street, and,
V1,hereas, the City- will have no further use of the strip of
ground above described, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDIAKED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, afid they are
hereby authorized and directed to excecute the City's dried to
Lydia A. Dice of the twenty feet and six inches of the east
side of Lot 12, Lydia A. Dice Addition, City of Little Rock, Ark.
Section 2. Th4t this ordinance shall take effect from and
after itsgpassage.
