DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SE:ITER IMPROVE' TENT
DISTRICT N0. AND DESIGN41TING THE BOUNDARIES
THEREOF. �� ; �
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, 'ulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward
making of local improvements therein by forming the territory herein-
after described into an improvement district for the purposes herein-
after set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUi1C IL OF THE
CITY OF LITTyi; ROCK:
Section 1. That said Sewer Improvement District
No.—O. of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of building a sewer system therein
and making proper connection of the same into Riffel's sewer of all
that portion of the City of Little Rock, County of 12ulaski and State
of Arkansas, to -wit:
All of Blocks Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) ,
Five (5) , Six (6) , Seven (7) , Eight (8) , Nine
(9) and Ten (10) of C. E. Gallagher's Addition
to the City of Little Rock;
and the lines embracing said property are hereby designated as
the boundaries of said district, in accordance with an Act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled "An Act to
Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class", approved
larch 229 1881, and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the City
Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of its pass -
qge to publish the same in some newspaper published in the City of
Little Rock for one insertion.
