AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ItERSONS FROM TRESPASSING ON
THE GROUNDS OF CEMETERIES AT NIGHT, AND KR (FHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY CQi NCI L OF ViE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That heveafter ill shall be unlawful for any
person to trespass on or in anyway desecrate the grounds of any
or from sun set to sun rise,
cemetery in the City of Little Ilock during the 'night2,and every
person so offending shall be deemed guilty of a mifidtmeanor
upon conviction for violation of this ordinance in the
Court shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dolld"L_
nor more than twenty-five dollars for each offense,
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in.,.
from and after its passage.
