AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A POTION OF THE OI TY
OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IM2ROM."MiNT DIS-
TRICT TOM KNOWN AS STREET IMPROV^IMENT DIS-
TRICT NO. X5-3 AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND -

`RE;RSAS, more than ten owners of real property with-
in that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, here-
inafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward the making of local improvements therein by form-
ing the territory hereinafter described into an improvement
district for the purposes hereinafter set out:
THEREFCR— E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANS AS :
SECTION 1: THAT, Street Improvement District No. 353
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of draining and paving in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said
District shall determine to be for the best interest of the
District, the following streets:
Jest 10th Street from the west property line of
High Street to tha west property line of Woodrow
Street, and Woodrow Street from the south property
line of 7fest 10th Street to the north property
line of ':lest 13th Street in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas,
in accordance with an act of the General Assembly of the State
of Arkansas entitled, "An Pict to regulate local improvements
in cities of the first class," approved March 22nd, 1881, and
the amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said district
shall include the following property:
All that real property lying 7.�ithin 150 feet north
of the north property line and all that real property
lying within 150 feet south of the south property line
of West 10th Street from the west property line of
High Street to the eaUt property line of 17oodrow Street;
all that real property lying within 150 feet east of tYL*
east property line of `"'oodrow Street from the South pro -
porty line of `rest 10th Street to the north property
line of 'nest 13th Street, and all that real property

lying within 150 feet west of the west property line
of T, oodrow Street from the south property line of Lot 2
of ' 'lock 7 of Patrick Power's Addition to the north
proerty line of " '!est 13th Street.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from
the date of its passage to publish the sane in some newspaper
published in the City of Little Aoek for one insertion.
